I know it works because I did it with one of my sims.
This mod makes it so your can use the 3 key to go extremely quick to speed through boring parts of the game, allowing you to have more time for the fun stuff and less time watching them eat or do homework. Technically you don't need a mod to do a teen pregnancy, you age them up in cas to a young adult, get them pregnant, have the baby then age them back down in cas. There are a ton of circumstances in The Sims 4 where pressing the 3 key and trying to use the fastest speed just isn’t fast enough, thankfully, mods like this one exist.
